• All non-custom orders are processed within 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• All custom/personalized orders are processed within 10-14 Business days (excluding holidays and weekend).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

**Order Tracking**

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

**Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages**

• Ann Lorea Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
