Made to Order: All items are crafted specifically for each order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

Custom and Personalized Hats: For custom or personalized hats, we will send a picture of the item for your approval before shipping.

Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped within 10-15 business days after payment is received.

Large Orders: Orders larger than 6 dozen may require additional production time.
